Charming stay near bustling old town
The location is unbeatable, just steps from Old Town Square. The historical charm and the lovely medieval-style restaurant create a cozy atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
The noise from nearby bars can be disruptive, especially at night, and there was no air conditioning in our room, which was uncomfortable during warm evenings. A few light bulbs in our room were also out.

the ambiance was charming, but I had no hot water at all and the breakfast ran out of basics by 9:30, making it a hassle to ask for more, really disappointing. I expected at least a small room upgrade for the inconveniences. I almost gave a good review, but simply couldn't.

Charming historical structure with excellent breakfast options.
Our experience was marred by constant noise from the streets, particularly late at night as partiers made their way back from the square. The lack of air conditioning in some rooms is concerning during hot summer nights. Additionally, a late-night snack option would greatly improve the overall stay.

great location but breakfast could improve
The location was perfect! ! Just steps away from the main square and St Charles Bridge. The quaint, family-run hotel featured clean rooms that were a nice size, adding to the overall charming atmosphere of my stay. The helpful and friendly staff enhanced the experience, always ready to assist with any request.
The breakfast, while decent, lacked variety and could definitely benefit from more options.

The attic room we stayed in was absolutely charming with those oak beams, and the delicious half roast duck at dinner is still making my mouth water! I really enjoyed the cozy bar area and the option to relax on the lovely terrace. Just a heads up, the fan in the room didn’t quite cut it during warm afternoons, so be prepared for that! 😊

will definitely go again next time
Our triple room was accessible by lift, had a nice private bathroom, and included a minibar and flat-screen TV. The bath amenities like body soap and shampoo were great. The place had heating and a safety deposit box. Enjoyed the amazing view from our room with those gothic style beams. Perfect spot near all the attractions!
